PHOS FOOD PLANT DESCALER is a non-foaming and non-tainting concentrated descaler, formulated with a blend of food-safe acids, for use in the food industry.

PHOS removes traces of alkali cleaners and is ideal for descaling steamers, stainless steel water boilers, dishwashing and glass washing machines, bain-marie and stainless steel pipework.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Dilute at a ratio of between 1:50 and 1:100 depending on level of scaling. Soak equipment to be descaled for up to 4 hours before rinsing thoroughly.
