This product is ready to use and does not need any dilution. Remove any solid or liquid material from the spot area. Spray the product directly on the spot, covering the entire stained area. Use a clean white towel, cloth or tissue to blot the spot. Do not rub or scrub the carpet. For larger spots, use a soft brush to gently work the product into the carpet from the edges to the centre. If the spot is still visible, repeat the steps above until it is removed. Rinse the spot with clean water, or use a hot water extraction machine with Natural Carpet Cleaner or Natural Carpet Rinse.
